Dimensional Arts, or “3D” is part of the Foundation program in the Syracuse college of Visual and Performing Arts. Below is my final project. The objective was to make a tool that cured or treated a psychological ailment. I chose to make a tool that helped to ease nostalgia. I used pine to make a box, and the top of the box is carved to imitate the creases in my baby blanket.
